The Cell is a Room

Even as the body is one, it has many members; and the cell is the basic member of the body which is one. And the human body is composed of billions of individual cells. For the cell is the basic unit of every living man, just as allegorically each man is the basic unit of mankind as a whole. For each cell functions to serve each man’s body, and each man functions in order to serve mankind as a whole.
